About the job

In 2025, our Ops & Marketing teams are rolling out a unified strategy for every step of Alma’s B2B clients’ lifecycle, to offer them a consistent & continuous Alma experience in Europe. From the moment companies become a lead until they sign up and promote Alma to their consumers, we aim to frequently engage with our B2B clients, demonstrating our value and expertise.

In this strategy, two communication channels with leads and B2B clients are critical: emails & point of sale display—POS, or “PLV” in French. These channels have been each handled by several teams and with several tools (HubSpot, legacy platforms). We aim to unify them under one single owner, a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & POS), to better drive their daily use, but also their transformation on the long run.


About the mission

Part of the Revenue Marketing team and reporting to its lead, your work will bring you way beyond your squad: you’ll be collaborating with Ops, Account Managers, Sales, Brand, PMM... Proficient in both online & offline communication formats, you will own the full marketing spectrum to support our global B2B lifecycle strategy, including the strategy, the roadmapping, its execution across teams and its reporting:

  • Online:
    • by building automated & data-driven e-mail journeys that nurture leads
    • then onboard and engage with our small & medium B2B clients across Europe.


  • Offline:
    • by scaling our POS program (window stickers, counter displays, on-shelf ads) so that Alma is always visible and recommended at our B2B clients’ stores.



About you

You will be a good fit for the role if you have these skills:

  • You have at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on marketing campaigns.
  • You already have been successful in building and executing marketing campaigns for B2B leads and clients, whether as a content manager or growth marketer.
  • You have a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth through integrated marketing initiatives with Sales and/or Account Managers.
  • A deep knowledge of HubSpot, able to manage campaigns, workflows, email sequences, and to empower less qualified team members to use it.
  • You are native French, with top-notch written syntax to build the most engaging emails & POS.
  • A good command of lead & B2B client nurturing: you know the Sales funnel & AM lifecycle, and know how to make your campaigns fit the blind spots in their strategy.
  • Strong project management capabilities: you have solid organizational skills and the ability to manage various contributions from around the team and the company, or with external freelancers.
  • A good understanding of data concepts and data flows within a company, between the various platforms (Alma, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker)
  • You’re fluent in English, Alma’s internal written language.
  • You’re creative, and you’re able to come up with unexpected and catching angles for your emails campaigns and POS materials.
