Descriptif du poste

You will join an experienced product & engineering team of 20 people as a Senior/Lead Frontend Developer.

Thanks to the complexity of our technical environment (an all-in-one SaaS platform covering more than 50 functionalities), you will have the opportunity to work and progress on numerous projects, such as API, payment, data, open-source bundle, and internationalization of the platform…

You’ll join one of our feature squads, where a dedicated Team Leader will support your day-to-day work. Additionally, you'll work directly with our CTO on key strategic projects, ensuring ongoing growth and success in your role.

Missions

  • Participate in building our engineering excellence culture by mentoring our team to make the existing front-end application best-in-class, as measured by its maintainability, ease of new page delivery, and performance.

    An essential part is migrating from Create React App to a modern React-based framework.

  • Take part in the roadmap definition every quarter.

  • Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and internal stakeholders to define specs that best suit our non-profit customers’ needs and write excellent code that implements validated technical solutions to product requests.

  • Contribute to our continuous improvement approach by troubleshooting and resolving bugs and issues across the stack with a zero-bug policy.

  • Keep growing your knowledge through training and technological watch

Profil recherché

Experience

  • Experience with framework migrating and maintaining a large React codebase

    without starting from scratch

  • Experience with backend development as a bonus

  • Familiarity with Kanban-based Lean organizations will be a plus

Soft Skills

  • Pragmatic (use of technical debt, quick-wins, automation, …)

  • Balance between an early adopter and a boring tech person

  • Client-centric with customer satisfaction at heart

Hard Skills

  • A good level of writing in English is required. Fluent English is appreciated.

  • Hands-on experience & tech culture with React-based framework, ES6+ & TypeScript, testing frameworks, and building tools (like Webpack)

  • Seasoned engineer able to draft, visualize & challenge technical solutions

  • Clever with composition to build pages and components from existing parts
