Descriptif du poste

Organization

As a member of the Executive Committee, you will report to the CEO.

You will closely work with external parties as well as 5 employees within your team.

Mission

Make AssoConnect the undisputed leader in nonprofit software across Europe in the coming 3 years.

You will lead the Marketing department. As such, there are 2 main missions

  1. Operations - Ensure that all Marketing matters run smoothly.

  2. Strategy - Strategic partner to the Executive Team & CEO.

Objectives

  1. Craft and execute a strategy leading to 30% YoY organic profitable Growth

* Build the strategy (following the rule of 40)

* Drive Execution excellence (inc. roadmap & OKRs)

  1. Develop and train a High-Performance Team

* Support and upskill the team through training.

* Recruit top talent.

* Implement rituals with clear KPIs and ROI-focused objectives.

  1. Diversify our acquisition channels

    Pilot and evaluate innovative growth levers such as:

* GEO & AI initiatives

* Social

* Outbound

* Marketing engineering

* etc.

  1. Enable European expansion & Cross-sell

* Validate GTM strategy

* Support localization, pricing, and team ramp-up with data-backed recommendations.

* Deliver input for the launch playbook and timeline.

  1. Support M&A initiatives

* Conduct initial marketing assessments.

* Evaluate fit and synergies (brand, channels, team structures).

* Provide recommendations.

Profil recherché

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience.

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B Tech in growth environments.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • English and French: fluent

  • Marketing tools:

    - SEO (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)

  • Strong interest in low-code & AI

  • Meeting with Marine, Chief of staff.

  • Remote use-case debriefed with 2 marketing team members.

  • Meeting with Arnaud, CEO.

  • Meeting with Sylvain (CTO), Armand (head of Sales) and a board member.

  • Small gathering with the team
