The local agency you will be working with in OMAN AFAQ TRAVEL & TOURISM is a local agency that organizes tailor-made trips to OMAN. Being based in MUSCAT in OMAN, we are a team specialized in INBOUND TOURISM. We offer CLASSIC, FAMILY and ADVENTURE trips.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated ITALIAN-speaking sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in OMAN. You will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the ITALIAN MARKET. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Reporting to Margherita, you will be responsible for handling the Italian market. Your main missions will include:
🕵️♂️ Advising travelers and building tailor-made trips
Communicating with travelers through the Evaneos platform
Understanding their expectations and specific needs
Providing guidance on destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities
🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip
Matching traveler needs with transport, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities
Managing hotel and activity bookings
Invoicing travelers
🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey
Acting as the travelers’ point of contact during the trip
Monitoring quality throughout the experience
Handling complaints, cancellations, and refunds as needed

Native Italian speaker and proficient in English
2+ years of experience in tourism and/or sales
Familiarity with Arabic culture and destinations
