About the role:
Do you have a passion for data? If so, then this People Data Analyst Internship is the perfect opportunity for you! As our People Data Analytics Intern, you will actively contribute by analyzing and leveraging people data to drive impact. In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the data analysis lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to advanced analysis and impactful visualization.
Key responsibilities âš
Data Management & Preparation
Assist with the collection, extraction, and transformation of people data from various HR systems and sources, including but not limited to HR tools (e.g., Lever, BambooHR)Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness through data validation and quality checksMaintain and update data documentation and processesData Analysis & Insights Generation:
Support the analysis of people data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to key HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and learning & developmentAssist in the creation of ad-hoc reports and survey analyses to support HR initiatives and business needsDashboard Development & Reporting:
Develop, maintain, and enhance People dashboards using visualization tools to effectively communicate key insights and metrics to various stakeholders across the organizationProject Support, Collaboration, and Continuous Learning:
Support the development and implementation of people analytics/HRIS projectsCollaborate effectively with members of the People team to understand their specific data needs and provide relevant, insightful findingsStay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the fields of people analytics and data visualizationProvide support to the team on HRIS topics as neededAbout you đ§âđ
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, Human Resources with a strong analytical focus, or a related quantitative field.Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets - experience in data manipulation, formulas, and chartingGreat collaboration and teamwork skillsCurious mindset with attention to detailÂ
Fluent English and operational French and ready to collaborate with various stakeholders (International and French)
