  • Join our Global SDR team within the Acquisition department to fuel our expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in launching the sales cycle. Your mission is to generate and qualify high-quality leads through structured outbound prospecting and to provide a reactive response to inbound inquiries to ensure a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team.
  • Key Responsibilities ✨

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events). 
  • Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt’s unique ROI.
  • Handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
  • Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.
  • About You 🧑‍🚀

  • High-level education ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English on a native level.
  • Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
  • Strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.

  • First call with Natalia our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes).
  • Interview with your future manager, Céline, Director SDR Global, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes).
  • Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Céline and an Account Executive in order to assess your technical skills.
  • Final interview with our Head of Account Executive team  to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
