We're looking for a Communications & Employer Branding Intern to join our People team. Working closely with the VP People, you will help shape how Malters connect, engage, and grow within our organization through compelling storytelling and impactful communications. We take a human-first approach to internal communications and employer branding, creating authentic content that brings our culture to life.
Key responsibilities
Create engaging content for internal communications channels, including monthly all-hands meetings and employee spotlightsSupport the development and execution of employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platformsHelp maintain and improve our internal knowledge hub on NotionAssist in creating communication materials for key HR programs and initiativesContribute to the development of a content calendar aligned with company events and milestonesSupport the creation of templates and assets for hiring managers and leadership teamAbout you
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field (with legal right to do a 6 month internship in France)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and FrenchCreative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content creationExperience with digital tools (Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, GenAI) and interest in learning new platformsNatural curiosity about employee experienceMalt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally đ«
