ISAI Expansion is the Private Equity strategy of ISAI. It focuses on profitable Tech SMEs which have already showcased an ambitious growth trajectory, and a good level of maturity and profitability. ISAI Expansion mainly executes minority or majority LBO deals, with tickets between €20m and €80m+.

Descriptif du poste

The Intern will be deeply integrated with ISAI Expansion team focusing on profitable Tech & Digital growth and buyout companies. The work of an intern is highly diverse, and candidates will gain investing, financial and operational experience.

The Intern will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Deal sourcing: sourcing exercises and updating pipeline information

  • Analyse potential investment opportunities

  • Carry out research and prepare background information

  • Business and operational analysis

  • Assist with internal presentations

  • Assist the team with portfolio reporting and project related work

  • Financial modelling and valuation

Profil recherché

  • Desire to learn, teachable, entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and strives to deliver high quality work

  • Strong interest / knowledge for Tech & Digital

  • 6 months to 1 year of work in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Finance positions

  • High level of attention to detail with strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong writing and memo-drafting skills

  • Fluency in French & English
