Descriptif du poste

This is a unique opportunity to work across two global VC funds - ISAI Cap Venture and ISAI Build Venture - and gain hands-on exposure to the full investment cycle, from sourcing to portfolio management, investing in startups across Europe, North America and Asia from Seed to Series C+.

ISAI Cap Venture II (€80M fund renewed in 2025 · Series A to C) invests on behalf of Capgemini in promising B2B Enterprise Software startups around the globe, with a focus on SaaS, PaaS, IaaS around Data&AI, Smart Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Aerospace&Defense and Energy.

ISAI Build Venture (€80M fund launched in 2023 · Seed to Series C) invests globally in startups developing solutions to accelerate the transformation and decarbonization of Bouygues' core businesses: construction, real estate, transport infrastructure, energy, and services infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing & identification of the best opportunities

  • Meetings with entrepreneurs

  • Market intelligence & sector scans

  • Analysis of investment opportunities including market research, competition, company valuation & market sizing

  • Participation in startups & tech events

  • Drafting investment memos

  • Portfolio support role

Profil recherché

  • Education: Final-year student from a top-tier engineering school or a double degree program

  • Data, AI & software literacy: A strong interest in tech and innovation, with a good understanding of Data, AI and Software topics. Comfortable going under the hood of a startup's technology stack to assess its real defensibility.

  • Rigor and autonomy: Able to manage multiple workstreams independently, with high attention to detail and a high bar for deliverables.

  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
